Depending on the service, we may act as:
– the direct supplier; or
– an agent facilitating bookings on behalf of third-party operators.
Where services are provided by third-party operators, the contract for those services is between you and the operator.

2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed after:
– availability has been verified;
– any required deposit has been received;
– written confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to decline any booking before confirmation.

3. Pricing
All prices displayed are subject to availability and may change without notice until your booking is confirmed.
Prices may exclude:
– National Park fees

Failure to make payments by the required dates may result in cancellation of your reservation.

5. Cancellations by the Customer
Cancellation policies vary depending on the operator, vessel, accommodation, or tour.
Unless otherwise stated during booking:
– deposits may be non-refundable;
– cancellation fees may apply;
– refunds, if applicable, will be processed after funds are received from the supplier.
Some promotional or discounted bookings may be completely non-refundable.

7. Cancellation by Let’s Explore Indonesia or the Operator
Occasionally trips may be cancelled due to:
– unsafe weather;

– insufficient passenger numbers;

Where possible, we will offer:
– an alternative date;
– an alternative trip;
– a refund where permitted by the supplier’s policy.
We are not responsible for consequential costs such as flights, hotels, visas, or other travel expenses.

Failure to meet these requirements does not entitle the customer to a refund.

Participants in scuba diving activities must:

– dive within their certification limits;
– complete any required medical declarations;
– follow all instructions provided by guides and dive professionals;
– comply with local safety regulations.
Operators reserve the right to refuse diving if they believe it would be unsafe.

13. Delays & Missed Departures
Customers are responsible for arriving at departure locations on time.
If delayed due to flights, weather, immigration, or personal circumstances, all additional costs associated with catching up to the trip remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate special requests to suppliers, including:
– dietary requirements;
– cabin preferences;
– accessibility needs;
– equipment requests.
However, such requests cannot be guaranteed.

15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let’s Explore Indonesia shall not be liable for:
