1. About Our Services
Let’s Explore Indonesia provides travel information, booking services, and reservation assistance for experiences including, but not limited to:
– Liveaboard cruises
– Diving trips
– Snorkeling trips
– Island tours
– Accommodation
– Transportation
– Adventure activities
– Private charters
– Other tourism-related services in Indonesia
Depending on the service, we may act as:
– the direct supplier; or
– an agent facilitating bookings on behalf of third-party operators.
Where services are provided by third-party operators, the contract for those services is between you and the operator.

2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed after:
– availability has been verified;
– any required deposit has been received;
– written confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to decline any booking before confirmation.

3. Pricing
All prices displayed are subject to availability and may change without notice until your booking is confirmed.
Prices may exclude:
– National Park fees
– Marine Park fees
– Visa fees
– Port charges
– Fuel surcharges
– Equipment rental
– Alcoholic beverages
– Crew gratuities
– Travel insurance
– Personal expenses
Any applicable taxes or mandatory government fees will be disclosed where possible.

4. Payments
Payment schedules will be specified during the booking process.
Failure to make payments by the required dates may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Any bank transfer charges, currency conversion fees, or payment processing charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellations by the Customer
Cancellation policies vary depending on the operator, vessel, accommodation, or tour.
Unless otherwise stated during booking:
– deposits may be non-refundable;
– cancellation fees may apply;
– refunds, if applicable, will be processed after funds are received from the supplier.
Some promotional or discounted bookings may be completely non-refundable.

6. Changes Requested by the Customer
Any requested changes are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply.
Changes cannot always be guaranteed.

7. Cancellation by Let’s Explore Indonesia or the Operator
Occasionally trips may be cancelled due to:
– unsafe weather;
– mechanical problems;
– insufficient passenger numbers;
– government restrictions;
– natural disasters;
– force majeure events.
Where possible, we will offer:
– an alternative date;
– an alternative trip;
– a refund where permitted by the supplier’s policy.
We are not responsible for consequential costs such as flights, hotels, visas, or other travel expenses.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
– earthquakes;

Customers are responsible for ensuring they:

– arrive on time for departures;
– possess required certifications for diving activities;
– disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation.
Failure to meet these requirements does not entitle the customer to a refund.

10. Diving Activities
Participants in scuba diving activities must:
– hold appropriate certification where required;
– dive within their certification limits;
– complete any required medical declarations;
– follow all instructions provided by guides and dive professionals;
– comply with local safety regulations.
Operators reserve the right to refuse diving if they believe it would be unsafe.

11. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering:
– medical treatment;
– emergency evacuation;
– diving activities;
– cancellation;
– baggage loss;
– trip interruption.
Customers remain responsible for any uninsured losses.

12. Health & Safety
Customers acknowledge that adventure activities involve inherent risks.
Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the customer’s own risk.
Customers agree to follow all reasonable safety instructions issued by guides, crew members, instructors, and operators.

13. Delays & Missed Departures
Customers are responsible for arriving at departure locations on time.
If delayed due to flights, weather, immigration, or personal circumstances, all additional costs associated with catching up to the trip remain the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

14. Special Requests
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate special requests to suppliers, including:
– dietary requirements;
– cabin preferences;
– accessibility needs;
– equipment requests.
However, such requests cannot be guaranteed.

15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let’s Explore Indonesia shall not be liable for:
– acts or omissions of third-party operators;
– personal injury;
– illness;
– property loss;
– delays;
– schedule changes;
– weather conditions;
– missed connections;
– government actions;
– force majeure events.
Our liability, where legally applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid directly to us for the affected booking.
